The ISEEC committee will be responsible for the permanent and temporary exhibits mounted or displayed in the lobby and other display areas in the building. Responsibilities will include solicitation of exhibits, review and judging, short and long term scheduling and planning, mounting of exhibits, publicity, openings and talks. Responsibilities shall be shared equally among members of the committee.

Membership on the committee includes the following: two representatives from each of the three schools in any discipline; one student representative from each of the three schools (optional); a representative from the art faculty. Members shall serve two-year terms. They shall elect a chair from among themselves for a one-year term.

The original members of the committee will be appointed by the Science Planning Task Force. After the establishment of the committee, it will be self-perpetuating, with committee members soliciting new one to fill expired terms. An individual may serve two consecutive terms, but no more. An individual may serve an unlimited number of terms.
